At Feroz Jan FJ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Provide photographic evidence of the product and packaging to initiate the return/exchange process. The product being returned must be unused, complete, tagged, and in its original condition. Both the product and its packaging should be unblemished and intact. Feroz Jan FJ does not offer direct refunds; instead, the amount will be converted into a discount voucher or code. You can use this code for future purchases.
Non-Eligible Returns:
Products damaged due to use, tampering, or any missing parts from the package, or if the packaging is not in its original condition. Items purchased during sales or at a discount are not eligible for return. Customized products (e.g., custom-sized clothing, personalized items) and products specially arranged at the customer’s request.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the courier cost of returning/exchanging items. If the item received is damaged or not the size you ordered, Feroz Jan FJ will cover the return shipment charges.
